What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in original packaging. Email contact@corvalie.com to start the process and we'll send you a return label.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships. Allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the tracking link or enter your number on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking within 3–5 business days contact us at contact@corvalie.com.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before your order has shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued no changes can be made. If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout an additional reshipping fee may apply. Contact us immediately at contact@corvalie.com if you need to make a change.
